Each of us has been at home in the restaurant business for many years and has already tested a wide variety of concepts. However, we missed a Mediterranean concept where we could experience traditional, savory taste with the highest product quality and transparency, as well as unique service and top quality of stay. It's precisely this innovative concept that we have been developing with great courage and passion for the past two years.
