HEAD OF OPERATIONS - OPERATIONS MANAGER (m/f/d) IN THE SYSTEM GASTRONOMY
Work location: NRW area + remote / home office // Time: Permanent, full-time

Co-develop and embody our corporate mission and values
Establish, ensure and further develop our uniform standards and processes in cooperation with our internal and external divisional specialists
Achieve and continously optimize and report key restaurant figures in terms of guest satisfaction, employees, sales and profitability
Assume management responsibilities for area and restaurant managers along the tasks of the employee life cycle
Take on operational responsibility and the management of new openings in the course of our expansion
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
Several years of experience as Head of Operations or Operations Manager in system catering, including in at least two system catering concepts as well as area manager for several stores - unfortunately, exclusive experience as an area or restaurant manager is not sufficient for our goals
Completed training, e.g. in (system) gastronomy
Strong business management knowledge through further training or studies is desirable
Enthusiastic and empathetic leadership and communication skills
Very good knowledge of German, English and MS Office
Regular willingness to travel nationally
