Restaurant Manager (M/F/D)
We are Genc Fast Casual Systemgastronomie GmbH and consist of an experienced team of passionate food lovers, experts and entrepreneurs. Each of us has been at home in the restaurant business for many years and has already tested a wide variety of concepts. However, we missed a Mediterranean concept where we could experience traditional, savory taste with the highest product quality and transparency, as well as unique service and top quality of stay. It's precisely this innovative concept that we have been developing with great courage and passion for some time now. Now the moment has come: we are opening our first restaurant in Germany and are looking for you to manage this fantastic food place. Our approach is: people first, satisfied customers and profits follow. As our #1 Leader, you bear full responsibility.
THE BEST WAY TO SUPPORT US
You manage the restaurant operations and your team in line with our brand standards and processes, which you also constantly question and optimize together with us
To this end, you will plan and manage employee deployment and performance, including through appropriate personnel deployment planning and duty roster design, as well as the induction and further development of the team
You live our people first culture every day and take on all necessary employee management tasks, including the organization of recruitment processes for new employees
You will also support the implementation of advertising campaigns in the restaurant for our products and us as an employer on site
Ultimately, everyone in the restaurant knows that you are the main point of contact - every customer, every colleague and every service partner

In the past years of your professional career you have already gained experience in the described field of activity
As a supporting basis, you have a completed gastronomic apprenticeship or training in a similar professional field
You are just as welcome as a career changer with the relevant experience
You see yourself as an enthusiastic and motivating people manager with a balanced understanding of support and challenge
Your previous experience shows in a high degree of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking, paired with an independent and organized working style
Good German and basic English skills, as well as the most important MS Office program skills, round off your profile
