Shift supervisor (M/F/D)
We are Genc Fast Casual Systemgastronomie GmbH and consist of an experienced team of passionate food lovers, experts and entrepreneurs. Each of us has been at home in the restaurant business for many years and has already tested a wide variety of concepts. However, we missed a Mediterranean concept where we could experience traditional, savory taste with the highest product quality and transparency, as well as unique service and top quality of stay. It's precisely this innovative concept that we have been developing with great courage and passion for some time now. Now the moment has come: we are opening our first restaurant in Germany and are looking for you to manage this fantastic food place. Our approach is: people first, satisfied customers and profits follow. As our #1 Leader, you bear full responsibility.
THE BEST WAY TO SUPPORT US
You lead our employees in your current shift and motivate them by exemplifying our positive company culture
You control all work processes according to our standards
You are happy to help our guests with questions
You account for cash statements and safe deposits and document them
You accept deliveries of goods, control the correct storage and carry out regular inventories
You work closely with your restaurant manager and support them with various employee and marketing tasks

In the past few years of your professional career, you have already been able to gain initial experience in the field described above
As a supporting basis, you have a completed gastronomic apprenticeship or training in a similar professional field
You are just as welcome as a career changer with the relevant experience
You see yourself as an enthusiastic and motivating people manager with a balanced understanding of support and challenge
Your environment says you have a high degree of customer orientation, paired with an independent and team-oriented working style
Basic knowledge of German and the simple use of computer programs round off your profile
